Role: Senior Administrator

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting for one of our partnership business based in London close to St Pauls Cathedral. They are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Financial Adviser support team to provide administrative assistance at a high level.

This is a full time office based role and offers a salary of £25,000 to £40,000 Along with a benefit package of,

Within this role you will be expected to,

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage confidential files, answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, paraplanners and the team in general, including producing applications and packs for clients, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various providers regarding clients pension and investment products
  • Coordinate with our network where required
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
  • Plan and organize events, meetings, and other activities as required.

They require a like-minded individual who works well in a team, is well organised, with a real desire to put client outcomes first.

Skills Desired:

  • A background in financial Services is a must
  • A background in a support role for financial advisers
  • Industry qualifications are ideal but not essential
  • Proven employment where you have demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the firm.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Has a desire to achieve great client outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and disciplined.
