As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, leading audit engagements from planning through to completion. You'll work closely with both clients and junior members of the team, delivering high-quality audit and accountancy services while fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse range of clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
  • Review the work of junior staff and provide guidance to support their development.
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts in compliance with UK standards.
  • Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
