Your new company is a leading engineering company, specialising in metals recycling.
Your new roleYour new role is a junior mechanical maintenance engineer. You will be supporting the engineering team in site and facility maintenance, working on equipment including conveyors, belts, incinerators - as well as some other interesting equipment. The role will involve some electrical work, but this is very limited. The role is days based, Monday - Friday, working 45 hours a week. The start/finish times are flexible.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have some experience of working in a manufacturing setting, ideally in aggregates or recycling. You will have studied mechanical maintenance and have some engineering qualifications or relevant experience.
What you'll get in return
You'll get an annual salary of around the £30 - £35k mark, depending on experience. As well as the opportunity to learn and progress through the business in an interesting company to work for!
