Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Salary: £22,500 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Location: Northampton, Brackmills (please note that we offer the ability to work between home and the office throughout the week)
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to contribute to a dynamic finance team? We're seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Accounts Payable team at Reed!
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining efficient financial processes related to Accounts Payable and Limited Company transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately code and process invoices from Suppliers, Landlords, Managed Agency Suppliers, and Intercompany transactions.
- Conduct co-member expense audits in alignment with Reed's policy guidelines.
- Add and verify invoices within our Purchase Order (PO) system.
- Handle adjustments and manual payments with precision.
- Provide timely and professional responses to telephone and email queries.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Accounts Payable Team is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Workday (desirable).
- Intermediate Excel knowledge and skills (desirable).
