Job: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Field-based, covering West London (Postcodes: WC, W, NW, WD, HA)

Salary: £28,548-£40,107 (Based on qualifications and experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will maintain and repair air conditioning systems, including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps. Additionally, you may work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multideck units, or ice machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and specific refrigeration equipment.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain logs of inspections, reports, and remedial work.
  • Participate in an On-Call rota.
  • Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Utilise a hand held computer device (PDA) for documentation and communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Full, current driving licence.
  • Experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time-served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3/NVQ or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
