A London based Investment and Asset Management firm are seeking a Property Manager to join their Asset Management team.
The role will work closely with the Head of Asset Management by providing day-to-day and strategic management across their portfolio. The portfolio is spread across the South East of England and consists of multi-let industrial, shopping centre, high street retail, office, mixed use and leisure assets.
Property Management responsibilities:
- Undertake all aspects of day-to-day property management.
- Manage the marketing and viewings of void properties.
- Liaise with leasing agents and consider the best new lease terms.
- Appoint and manage contractors on CAPEX and refurbishment works.
- Understanding of L&T legislation (e.g. alterations, assignments, lettings, renewals and rent reviews).
- Build strong relationships with tenants, internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Prepare annual service charge budgets and compile monthly performance reports.
Property Management requirements:
- Previous Commercial Property Management experience is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a small team and independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded.
