Customer Service Advisor

Leeds - Office based

£23,900 Per Annum

My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, family run business that are currently going through a period of growth. This position will require you to build strong relationships with clients and support them with concerns and queries.

The right individual will have previous experience working in a customer service focused position where you will have been the first point of contact for clients and be confident in carrying out a range of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering a range of queries via telephone, email and on their portal
  • Be proactive in updating clients with relevant information regarding their order to ensure we deliver exceptional service
  • Having regular contact with the Logistics department regarding dispatch of orders
  • Liaising with the Sales Order Processing department
  • Keeping up to date with brochure/product launches
  • Attending regular meetings to decided how to improve customer service
  • Build relations with our Sales Reps to provide support as needed mutually
  • Be pro-active in resolving any issues and keeping the customer informed

Key experience:

  • Self-motivated with an ambitious drive
  • Great communication skills and confident in upselling
  • Previous experience in a customer service focused role
  • Confident in building client relationships
  • Strong IT skills

Pay, Benefits and Working Hours

  • A basic Salary of £23,900 per annum
