We are recruiting for one of a partnership businesses based in Banbury. This is a family run business looking to expand their family and bring in an experienced self-employed mortgage advisor.
There will be leads available and support in obtaining your own client bank also, the earning potential is competitive.
This is a hybrid role with shared office space in Banbury some travel will be required as clients are local also.
What do you need to be good at?
- A strong Protection background
- You're able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. Effective communication through email, phone, face to face and on videos for our social channels
- Strong multitasking skills and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers to capitalise on all opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained
- Collaborating with your peers to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals
- Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships
Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser
- Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
- Follow up on existing client leads and maximise value from each
- Generate leads and business
- Work in tandem with all business areas to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
- Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running or one that is just starting their self employed journey
