Nexus Recruitment are on the look out for a Senior Block Manager to become a great addition to an established property management company based in Leatherhead. Our client is well respected within the industry with 20 years' experience building long term and successful relationships with residents.
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £36-£42k
Flexibility: 2-3 days WFH
Responsibilities:
- Managing around 400 units across 21 blocks
- Carrying out Section 20 from start to finish
- Ability to handle Service Budgets
- Handling a surrey-based portfolio
- Building long term relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leasehold experience
- TPI Qualifications (ATPI desired)
- Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders
- Clean Full UK Driving license
