Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a full time HR Advisor for their site in Bradford.

This is a standalone HR Advisor role supporting a growing SME. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for:

  • Develop the on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Manage the employee benefits scheme including research and appraise any potential enhancements to the company benefits package
  • Manage employee relations and provide support to management regarding absence, disciplinary/grievances and performance management
  • Co-ordinate training and development
  • Manage the recruitment process, supporting with advertising, interviewing and selection
  • Administer documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions and other communications
  • Review & maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legislation whilst remaining consistent with the employee handbook
  • Produce monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successes
  • Maintaining employee records and holidays
  • Conducting weekly payroll, ensuring timesheets and payslips are correct
