Spa Therapist (Part time)
Location: South Downs, Arundel, West Sussex
Salary: £12.36 per hour, plus tips, 2% treatment & 10% retail commission
Hours & Contract Type: 28.5 hours per week, Fixed-Term, Maternity Cover - flexible end dates
We are looking for a dedicated Massage and Facial Therapist to join a friendly team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave, with flexible end dates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding massage and facial treatments to guests, customising each session by blending different techniques to meet individual preferences and needs. In addition to delivering treatments, you will have team responsibilities and may occasionally assist with general hotel duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of massage and facial treatments, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Customise treatments to suit individual guest needs, mixing different massage techniques as appropriate.
- Guide guests through the beautiful hotel grounds to the Potting Shed treatment rooms.
- Assist with general hotel duties when not performing treatments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tranquillity of the treatment areas.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Beauty or Spa Therapy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with demonstrable skills in delivering high-quality treatments.
- Confidence in interacting with guests and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and facial treatments.
