TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a top tier legal 200 law firm based in Cardiff who are looking to recruit a Costs Lawyer to join their Cardiff City Centre-based team. As a Costs Lawyer your duties will involve handling your own caseload, drafting Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Replies, Costs Budgets and conducting costs negotiations.
Our client is requiring a candidate that has the ability to see a costs matter through the cycle, including the drafting of high-value and complex bills. If you thrive in a fast-paced team environment where you are used to providing high levels of quality and compliance. To be considered for the role, our client is requiring a candidate who has experience of working within a cost team dealing with Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters.
