Management Accounts/ Bookkeeping Supervisor

Within this established 2 partner Marylebone firm of chartered accountants, this role will oversee/reviewing the bookkeeping/ accounts production services.
You are ACCA/ACA qualified exceptional client accountant with a hands-on attitude but will also be commercially aware, helping to steer the business on the best path for growth. The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the management and delivery of a wide range of bookkeeping/management accounts services in accordance with the firms established processes and procedures including

About The Role
Manage a wide range of bookkeeping services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm procedures.

  • Service Improvement: Continually evaluate and improve processes to ensure high-quality, client-focused service.
  • Outsourcing Management: Identify and manage opportunities for outsourcing to maximize financial returns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Record, evaluate, and report on job performance and costs, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the production, presentation, and submission of Management Reports, purchase ledgers, and payroll activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist with statutory accounts, manage VAT and CIS returns, and handle basic company secretarial services.
  • Quotation and Invoicing: Prepare quotations, manage service agreements, and handle invoicing.

You are

  • ACCA/ACA qualified or AAT QBE, with strong bookkeeping, management accounts , accounts preparation exposure, with statutory accounts and supervisory / review exposure
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused approach.
  • Experience with outsourcing financial services (preferred).
