The Role

We are a service company dealing with Intermediaries and are looking for a Business Support Manager to breathe new life into our existing client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our business and your career.

In this role, you'll be responsible for reconnecting with our previous clients and reigniting their interest in our conveyancing services. This involves using the tools at your disposal to build strong relationships and secure new business. This role offers a clear path to field sales and management for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Re-energise the lapsed clients on all company ledgers.
  • Introduce and develop new business within the geographical area.
  • Responsible for following the Company's sales process and being able to engage with clients in a telesales environment.
  • Confidently deliver teams/zoom meetings with company decision makers, when required.
  • To attend shows when necessary to support the business as a whole.
  • Confidently demonstrate our ‘easy to use' web-based portal to potential clients.
  • Ensuring that the company CRM system is kept up to date.
  • Providing a weekly sales report on activities.
  • Reporting to the management team any information which will help it to increase sales or add to the client journey experience.
