Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturers to join our team for September. These roles involve delivering BTEC Levels 1-3 and T Level courses in Health. We offer both part-time and full-time positions with competitive salaries ranging from £28,000 to £34,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for BTEC Levels 1-3 and T Level in Health.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of education and student experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Health and Social Care.
- Proven track record of delivering BTEC and T Level courses in Health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
