Customer Service Advisor/ Show Room Host (Automotive)- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer telephone and email enquiries
- Host showroom visitors and ensure the showroom is well presented
- Promptly assist customers with information and updates whilst creating a warm and hospitable environment.
Customer Service Advisor/ Show Room Host (Automotive)- Skills and Experience:
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
- Previous experience within a similar role within the automotive industry is essential
- Full clean UK driving licence or equivalent
- Strong work ethic
