To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Confident dealing with people and building relationships
  • Competent at using MS Office applications and Outlook, ideally with a solid grasp of excel
  • Experience of using recruitment technology and social media platforms
  • Able to manage team inbox alongside own emails to resolve internal and external queries

The ideal candidate will also have a customer centric mindset and have excellent organisational and communication skills both verbally and written. They will also need to have excellent attention to detail and be an independent problem solver able to work and set their own priorities, with the initiative and ability to work in a team or independently.

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Providing a recruitment service for a range of positions
  • First point of contact for all internal and external queries relating to recruitment
  • Participating in briefing meetings with Recruiters to clearly support recruitment needs.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with external and internal customers
  • Using the companies recruitment system to manage candidate applications
  • Acting as an advisor and building rapport and strong relationships with Recruiters, HR colleagues and candidates alike.
  • Monitoring and managing the Recruitment Inbox, responding to and resolving queries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Schedules interviews for candidates and managing queries effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring candidate files are maintained with appropriate documentation to ensure full compliance at all times to retention policies and legislation
  • Sourcing and attending webinars, career fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and keep abreast of industry changes
  • Ensuring all live vacancies are advertised
  • Sending out references, processing DBS checks and verifying right to work
  • Maintaining individual weekly and monthly reporting to ensure individual KPI's and objectives are delivered
  • Assisting the HR Operations team with the on-boarding process
  • Assisting with other HR related duties as and when required

Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary is upto £24,000 to £26,000 dependent on experience
  • Full Time
  • Pay day pizza
