Salary: £45-52k depending on experience

Job Description
Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a leading designer and manufacturer within the heating industry who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
The team is fast-growing and ambitious, working together to truly partner and pioneer at the forefront of their industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects proactively from handover to completion, ensuring all activities are aligned with client and company goals.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Handle all customer change requests, including securing variation orders.
- Work closely with clients and suppliers across the full value chain to manage project interactions such as drawing approvals, witness testing, and transportation.
- Oversee all project costs, ensuring budgets are adhered to and risks are mitigated.
- Lead resolution of any technical or commercial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
- Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management within a mechanical manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills for building effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle conflicting priorities and setbacks.
- Commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT tools for project planning and performance analysis.
