What will you be doing?

Managing a caseload of industrial disease litigation cases from start to finish.
Conducting detailed investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents.
Liaising with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management.
Attending court hearings and negotiations, representing clients and advocating for their rights.
Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal precedents related to industrial disease.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial disease litigation.
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and legal procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work well under pressure.
A positive and empathetic attitude towards clients.
