This organisation are looking to bring on a talented Management Accountant into their experienced and innovative finance department. The organisation are looking for an individual who is partway through their ACCA or CIMA studies and looking to take the leap and take on some senior responsibilities. As a Management Accountant you'll be a crucial part of the budgeting and forecasting process and will be working closely with Senior Management, producing a variety of detailed reports and providing comprehensive analysis and commentary for the Directors. As a Management Accountant, you will be heavily involved in the month end process, including producing comprehensive reports on Excel and providing key insight on your findings. You'll gain strong exposure to the budgeting and forecasting process and work closely with a team of likeminded accounting professionals.
Skills Required
- It is essential to have a strong ability on Microsoft Excel, as producing detailed reports and conducting comprehensive analysis will be a regular and integral part of this position.
- It is key to be confident in your ability to communicate, as in this position you will be liaising with senior management and stakeholders from varying levels of seniority. It is key to be able to communicate effectively.
- To have experience or exposure with month end responsibilities such as working on the P&L, conducting variance analysis and completing reconciliations on the balance sheet.
- To be currently studying your ACCA or CIMA qualification, or to already have completed a number of examinations in one of your chosen qualifications.
