This Administrator job in Middlesborough provides opportunity to join this Financial Services to support their Financial Advisers through your administrative support

Your duties will include:

  • Greeting clients visiting the office and making them feel welcome
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assist where possible
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Update their CRM system
  • Book appointments for new and existing clients
  • Update the company social media where required
  • Undertake general administrative tasks

Administrator Requirements

  • You should have 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Ideally, you should have experience working directly / indirectly with mortgage, investment or pension related business
  • You should have a professional approach to your work and take pride in what you do
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
