- To be central to the operational and strategic decision making within the business and subsidiaries.
- Act as Company Secretary.
- Work with multiple company accounts in a diverse Real Estate Group.
- To take full responsibility for budgetary reports, cost planning and preparation of reporting packs to Board Level including management and statutory accounts.
- Provide Board support on commercial matters such as debt financing with a view to leading these relationships.
- A strong appreciation and understanding of Commercial returns and an ability to analytically analyses, produce and manipulate appraisals. Understand the key variables.
- Take responsibility for internal reporting and forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Development Appraisal and delivery experience would be highly desirable.
- Lead, manage and mentor the existing small accounts team to fulfill their best potential.

- Will be keen to learn and develop with over 5 years of industry experience, allowing them to contribute effectively from day one.
