About this role

Key Partnership Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our Client to recruit a Strategic Customer Relationship Manager to join their Sales & Account Management Team.

This is a brand-new role based from home, but as standard with any Account Management position, there will be the occasional requirement to travel to customer sites.

This role has come about due to a recent company acquisition that will expand our Client's customer-base substantially. In this position, you'll manage a small portfolio of high-value Clients which spend £1million+ with our Client per year.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your role will involve:

  • Day to day management over a portfolio of key accounts
  • Dealing with contract renewals, extensions, terminations, and amendments
  • Deliver usage reporting to customers, and working with them get the most out of the services they receive
  • Act as the escalation point for customer feedback, complaints and reviews
  • Ensure that services are delivered to customers inline with pre-agreed conditions
  • Scouting opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell new solutions
  • Lead regular service review meetings with customers - either via Teams or In-Person

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Experience in Occupational Health is an absolute must (please do not apply if you do not come from the OH sector)
  • First-class interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all kinds of people
  • Ability to work with data - reading data, pulling reports and delivering data & insights
  • Happy with occasional travel to customer sites when required
