Location: Denmark Hill
A respected charity is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join the team in a temporary host role. If you have a background in facilities administration or hosting roles and are ready to start immediately, we would love to hear from you!
This is an ongoing temporary role so you must be available immediately and for the foreseeable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with moves and changes within the facility
- Help with post room activities
- Set up and manage various processes on site
- Manage room bookings
- Address and manage guest inquiries
- Ensure hospitality supplies are well-stocked and readily available
- Handle the distribution of mail and packages
- Provide exceptional customer service to all staff and visitors
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall operations
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in Facilities Administration (FA) or Hosting roles is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm
