Are you an experienced Legal Secretary? Seeking a new role? Look no further!

Our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join our team their team.

This role involves providing comprehensive typing, secretarial, and administrative support to our fee earners and the wider firm. You will be involved in interesting and high-quality work, supporting farm businesses and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide typing, secretarial, and administrative support.
  • Assist with digital dictation and document preparation.
  • Operate the case management system and manage client/matter files.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and photocopying.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Arrange meetings and maintain diaries.
  • Conduct company and individual AML checks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company and client information.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of at least 65 wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to remain calm and respond well under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
