Responsibilities

You will be the Managing Directors right hand person, someone who they can trust and be responsible for coordinating and overseeing their busy schedule. This will include booking in meetings, preparing briefing materials and liaising directly with clients.

Building and nurturing strong relationships will be a key part of the role. You will be expected to address inquiries, resolve issues that arise and identify opportunities.

Event planning is another area where your exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail will shine. As the central point of contact, you'll work closely with the company's financial advisors, third-party providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless, efficient operations.

This will include new client onboarding and ongoing account management.

Ultimately, you'll anticipate Managing Director's needs, proactively manage their workload.

Relationship building is very important and having a good relationship with the Managing Director is just as important to succeed in this role.

Your professionalism and stakeholder management expertise will be instrumental.

Proven Industry Experience Your background in wealth management or professional services will be instrumental, as you hit the ground running.

Familiarity with the SJP brand and processes would be an additional advantage.
