This Brain Injury Solicitor role is a unique opportunity which offers a high profile work stream, high value cases and a lot of space to develop.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage brain injury cases from start to finish, ensuring compassionate and high-quality legal support.
Collaborate with the team to focus on client rehabilitation and effective case management.
Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and stakeholders for optimal outcomes.
Develop tailored strategies for each case, handling documentation and expert reports efficiently.
Work closely with counsel to provide strong client representation, utilizing ADR and preparing cases for trial if needed.
Monitor case costs and stay informed on developments in brain injury law.
Contribute to the team's marketing and business development efforts.
Experience and Skills:
Proven expertise in handling brain injury cases, including court proceedings and settlements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client care.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Financial awareness related to case management.
