Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will provide essential office administration support to the repairs team and contractors, ensuring efficient administrative processes are maintained in line with Company procedures and relevant work instructions.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide general administrative duties to support the projects and repairs team
  • Issue correspondence to customers, including appointment letters, newsletters, and care leaflets.
  • Confirm residents appointments, complete relevant paperwork, and update records/systems as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers through various communication channels to deliver professional and positive customer service.
  • Accurate data entry into client systems as per contractual commitments.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems for data entry and correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
