Sales Administrator - IMMEDIATE START
Tamworth -onsite, full-time hours Monday to Friday
Salary: £23,500 + excellent benefits
Inizio Engage are recruiting on behalf of their client, based in B77, Tamworth who are looking to add to their team and are in need of a Sales Administrator. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.
Day to Day responsibilities:
- General sales administration duties to support eh sales process and a team of technical engineers;
- Managing pipeline opportunity through CRM system;
- Administration of proposals and proactive sales activities to convert orders;
- Working with the service and sales departments to ensure administration is completed on time as well as other teams such as Finance and Operations;
- Customer database management;
- Dealing with queries over the telephone from customers in a professional manner
The successful candidate will have worked previously in a similar role and ideally within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment and will also have experience of:
- CRM Knowledge
- Business Central Knowledge or something similar
- Office 365
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communicator with good data entry skills are also required for this position.
