£27k to £32k basic - £51 to £55k OTE - simple, achievable commission structure

  • We're a fast-growth media buying agency, having doubled in size for the past two years.
  • We're currently hiring the fourth cohort of salespeople to join our team.
  • Some aspects of our team are very conventional: we do most of our selling on the phone, backed up by emails and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Our retention rate is about 60%. So, in the last 2 years, we've had about 20 salespeople work at Talent Nexus, and 12 of them are still here.

  • You'll work in Surbiton - a leafy, pub-filled "village" in South London, 10-minutes by train from Clapham Junction.
