Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a growing team of negotiators, driving them to achieve and exceed targets.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.
- Property Sales: Oversee property valuations, listings, and negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and the business.
- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
