Key responsibilities:
- Monthly processing of purchase ledger and subcontractor invoices for multiple entities
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing payment runs
- Dealing with queries
- Processing employee expenses and credit cards
- Bank reconciliation
- Posting of monthly payments and receipts
- Monthly WIP journals
- Assisting with Balance Sheet reconciliations and journals
- Assisting with accruals & prepayments
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
