What will you be doing?
I'm not going to teach you to suck eggs as of course as a seasoned recruiter, you know what a 360 role entails. It goes without saying you will be developing new business through your amazing relationship-building and influencing skills, bringing on and engaging new clients and not forgetting your existing ones with whom you will nurture and develop existing relationships by truly consulting and listening, really understanding their needs so you can provide the very best and effective solutions.
You know the most effective ways to attract, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to clients, ensuring a perfect match but are always open to new ways of working and are continually learning.
Of course, there will be targets to meet, this is a recruitment role, but you already know what needs to be put in every day, to get the very best outcomes and love doing so.
Who are you?
Well, you will thoroughly enjoy working in the driving, industrial, warehouse, supply chain, or logistics sectors, and will have been and continue to be successful. You will have that business acumen and commercial awareness which runs alongside your strong business development skills which have enabled you to source, generate, and convert good sound business in a consultative and effective way.
You know what your clients and candidates want and need, and you deliver your solutions with the highest level of customer service along with relevant technical knowledge in the logistics and transport sector.
Did I mention you will need a full UK driving licence as you will be out and about meeting clients and candidates across Cheshire and the North West of England?
