Company Overview:
I am currently assisting a well valued client of mine located in the Chester area that are seeking to add to their Technical Support Team. They are dedicated to delivering a professional and polished service and a range of different products to their clients with the customers journey at the forefront of their work.
Opportunity:
My client is a leader within the healthcare industry and they're looking to expand their team and seeking a versatile, ambitious individual with a background within IT Support that ideally specialises in Microsoft products. The opportunity will be based onsite out of their Chester based HQ. This role offers a chance to contribute to their dynamic environment and grow alongside them as you'll be bringing not only your knowledge with IT Support but your passion to continually advance your skill set. The vision is that this individual will be a key member of the team and supporting management throughout the IT Support lifecycle.
Desirable Skills:
- Proven experience within an IT Support based role, ideally working with Microsoft products
- Experience working with AzureAD, Windows 10/11, Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Wi-Fi
- A concise and clear communicator with outstanding organisational skills
- A noticeable passion for learning new technologies and the want to develop professionally
- Experience with Hyper-V / VMware
Responsibilities:
- You'll be the go-to for technical escalations on the 2nd line team, making sure services run smoothly. You'll take charge of incidents, prioritise them fast, and get things sorted ASAP.
- Work closely with the Senior members of the team to actively manage the deployment, planning, and maintenance of software and hardware.
- Proactively manage Active Directory, Office 365, Group Policy, user accounts, and file security permissions.
- Manage IT projects in collaboration with the Senior Management to implement efficient technical solutions and stay proactive and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
