You will oversee the payroll operation for the business for shy of 1,000 employees. Processing a variety of payrolls with numerous manual adjustments such as SSP, SMP etc.

Description
Payroll Manager
- Full start to finish ownership of payroll procedures for multiple payroll frequencies
- Prepare all monthly payroll journals
- Manage the payroll function entirely - overtime sign off, variety of pay etc.
- Oversee audit (internal and external)
- Identify and implement changes to remove bottlenecks and streamline procedures
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Previous payroll exposure within Logistics/Supply Chain/Manufacturing etc.
- End to end payroll within a sole environment (ideally 500 employees and above)
- Proven stakeholder engagement - Finance and HR in particular
- Strong knowledge within Payroll legislation and HMRC updates
- Able to commute to Hounslow
Job Offer
Payroll Manager
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE and interview performance)
- Hybrid working: Typically 3/4 days per week in the office with then 1/2 days working from home
