Loading Bay Operative

Responsibilities:
- Represent our client professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Receive, unload and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Handle client inquiries in person and over the telephone.
- Maintain a neat and tidy loading bay area.
- Perform relief driving duties when needed.
- Utilise a forklift truck for various tasks.
- Process archive files and track signature movements using the on-site system.
Requirements:
- While loading bay operations experience would be beneficial, training will be provided.
- Familiarity with both UK and international mailing arrangements.
- Strong customer service and complaint handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Flexible availability to work shifts in a time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is essential for the use of company vehicles.
