Pay rate: £12 p/h
Contract: Temporary until approx. end of Dec 2024
Location: Leamington Spa CV34. Office based due to nature of job
Working Shifts: 37.5 hours p/w, 8.30am – 5.00pm. can flex to some degree, as long as 37.5 hrs are covered

As a temporary administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Sending relevant documents to our client's customers (invoices, credits, debits, statements)
- Managing the database and updating records accurately
- Basic reconciliation of customer accounts (training given)
- Liaising with third party suppliers
- Liaising with customers mainly over email
- Supporting with any other admin tasks within the team as and when required
- Managing a shared inbox and VM system, delegating tasks to the relevant person
- Working from a large Excel sheet, data entry corrections on SAP Finance & Salesforce
To be successful in this role, you will meet the below criteria:
- Task driven
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment is very important
- Attention to detail and accuracy is absolute key
- Pro active
- Confident communicator and contribute well to a team
- Administrative or data entry experience
- Be confident with working with large data from a spreadsheet.
- Ideally lives in/near Leamington Spa or drives due to unpredictable public transport strikes/delays
This would be ideal for someone who has come from a data driven or high compliant role where checking data and accuracy is key
