- Deputise for the Network Team Leader to ensure service continuity.

Lead and provide expert guidance on the New Roads and Street Works Act, Highways Act, and maintenance.

Oversee daily inspections and enforcement for street works and highway safety.

Ensure compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Traffic Management Act 2004, and associated codes, including the London Permit Scheme.

Enforce the Highways Act 1980 using various legal documents and notices.

Represent the Client at public inquiries, meetings, and provide technical reports.

Prepare legal reports and evidence, and assist lawyers in legal proceedings.

Issue notices regarding highway activities.

Conduct inspections of statutory undertakers' and highway authority's works for compliance with safety codes.
