My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, to join their growing Property team. The department acts for a range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants and individuals buying or selling property.
Their services include:
- Commercial and residential investments
- Cross-border acquisitions
- Portfolio acquisition and trading
- SPV transactions
- Secured lending
- Finance and refinance
- Owner-occupier acquisitions/leases
- Retail leasing
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Hotel acquisitions and disposals
- Site assembly and development
- Sale and lease-back
- Joint ventures
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- Planning

About you
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2-5 years experience working within Commercial property
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
