Senior Sales Consultant / Valuer - Woking
Salary: Basic Circa £25K OTE £70K
I am looking for a career hungry talented Lettings professional for our clients who are a well reputed market leading Surrey Estate & Lettings agent.
The role would suit and experienced lettings negotiator who is looking for their next move into as more senior role, however they are also happy to consider lettings consultants with some industry experience who are looking for a new opportunity in a buy successful team.
The roles involves marking of sales stock, working closely with Sellers and Vendors, winning new Instructions to the market and conducting viewings, helping generate new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.
