Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing support to individual students or small groups as needed.
- Support students with their learning and development, including reading, writing, mathematics, and other subject areas. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
- Desire to work with children and support their educational journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities
