About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. Over 9-12 months, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to source top talent for our client schools in London.
Your Role
In your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Create professional CV profiles to present to clients.
- Enhance candidate placements by collaborating strategically with our sales teams.
- Work towards weekly targets and KPIs agreed with your manager.
- Earn commission every step of the way.
Support and Mentorship
You'll receive continuous support from your team manager, Academy lead, and in-team mentor. Learn from some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the education sector as you grow in your role.
Progression and Beyond
After successfully completing your first year, you'll move to a dedicated Sales Desk. We don't just throw you in at the deep end; instead, you'll receive advanced training in:
