Robert Half are partnering with a growing Consultancy that are looking to hire an FP&A Analyst to join the team. This business specialise in the transports, logistics and energy sector. They are currently turning over £60million and are looking to continue growing through acquisitions. The culture is friendly, hard-working, high-performing and collaborative. They are office based in central London three days per week.

Role

The FP&A Analyst for this Consultancy will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Build and shape the role of FP&A function, working closely with senior leadership and different function heads to lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of financial models and assumptions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to develop actionable strategic recommendations
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models for scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and business planning.
  • Deliver the financial analysis and reporting, providing transparency and business insights for management decision making
  • Analyse key performance indicator to measure business and operation performance.
  • Prepare and present financial findings to executive leadership and the executive committee.

This role will be based in London.

Profile

The successful candidate for the FP&A Analyst position for the Consultancy business will have a minimum of four years of experience within an FP&A capacity. You will have financial modelling experience, will seek to improve processes and will be able to partner with key stakeholders. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is desirable but not necessary. This role will be based in central London.

Salary

The salary for this vacancy is £65,000 - £75,000 as well as private healthcare, bonus and pension
