Do you want to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation that works to provide housing and tenancy-related support to people experiencing Domestic abuse issues?

Our designated domestic abuse services are looking for a Support Officer to join our dynamic and friendly team in Kent. In a nutshell, you'll provide an effective support service to male customers with additional needs in designated services.

You'll provide invaluable practice and support to individuals and families such as advocacy, support and guidance around welfare, housing and legal entitlements as well as supporting men to move to safe and permanent accommodation.

As a Support Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering quality service and achieving positive outcomes. You'll be a positive role model and you'll bring our values to life and share our passion and commitment to always strive to find creative ways to enrich the lives of those we support.

We welcome candidates with experience in the housing and support sector. But we're also looking for people who may not have this experience but have the qualities and skills we feel would most benefit our customers; professionalism, empathy and understanding, life experience and a desire to develop their knowledge and skills to best support our customers.

A full training package will be provided to new members of our team to help them develop the skills to become a great support officer.
