Project Manager
Location - Multiple site locations (2 days a week on site)
Contract Length - 6 Months
Rate - £500 to £550 (Overall assignment rate to umbrella)
Job description -
I have an exciting new requirement for a Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services company. Looking for someone to come in and help look through the their complaints processes.
Responsibilities -
- Looking at the complains processes and road-map
- Establish complaint process .
- Working through the resolution of complaints
- Senior stakeholder engagement
Looking for -
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Previous experience having worked within similar projects around complaints processes
- Good stakeholder management skills
