My well-established client is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their small, supportive team in North Lanarkshire. This role offers very good prospects for career advancement, including the potential for a more senior position due to a gap in experience within the firm. The firm boast a well-established client base and consistently busy workload, with a focus on quality service rather than expansion. The successful candidate will benefit from a low staff turnover environment and the support and supervision of their highly experienced partners.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documentation related to property transactions.
  • Conducting legal research and providing accurate advice to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • Assisting with private client work as required.
  • Working closely with partners to ensure high standards of legal service are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in private client work is advantageous.
