This is an excellent role for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading local law firm in supporting their successful Private Client team based in Herne Bay. The company pride themselves on a low staff turnover, so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team!
You'd be working in a close-knit team, in a really lovely office environment. The Secretaries all work closely together – whilst you'll often work 1-2-1 with your Fee Earner, you'll also be able to help one another out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and admin support to fee earners
- Arrange appointments and manage diaries
- Handling client enquiries
- Document preparation
- Audio dictation
- Opening and closing of files, Case system management and archiving
Requirements:
- Legal Secretary experience ideally within Private Client, however other areas of law will be considered
- Proficient in audio dictation and document preparation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an active team environment
