Reed Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be representing a well-established IFA firm based in Sussex, hoping to find talented new members of staff for their Brighton office.
Due to business growth and demand, our client is looking to employ new Paraplanners, to work alongside and provide technical/knowledgeable support to the Advisers at the firm.
The business is a long-standing financial advice firm, which has recently expanded to incorporate another local IFA business. This role would be perfect for an experienced Paraplanner who is looking to advance their career.
Core experience/competencies required –
- Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years industry experience- Intelligent Office/Genovo experience would be advantageous- Excellent analytical skills with a preference for working in a structured, planned manner
- Excellent admin, research, report writing and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail is essential.
Successful applicant would be based in the office full-time during an initial training period, after which hybrid-working would be available.
The generous remuneration package being offered includes the following –
- £30k - £38k annual salary, depending on experience.

- Free annual eyesight test & cost towards glasses for occupational purposes
- Approved exam fees, study materials and time off to study/take such exams
- Three days' additional paid holiday leave between 27th December and 31st December every year (excluding bank holidays)
