Learning Support Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, both inside and outside the classroom
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Help students overcome learning barriers and promote classroom inclusion
- Support students with academic tasks, including homework, assignments, and exam preparation
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional well-being and personal development
- Collaborate with educational professionals, such as psychologists and speech therapists, to provide optimal support for students
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
