We are currently recruiting for a Construction Bid Manager for one of our clients based in Central London.
**Position Overview:**
As a Construction Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organisation by collaborating closely with the Pre-construction Director and Strategy Director. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing PQQ and tender responses aligned with our company branding and objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare PQQ and tender responses, ensuring alignment with company branding and objectives
- Monitor and manage resource capacity and allocation for PQQs/Tenders
- Liaise and coordinate with the Estimating and Operations teams in the production of financial submissions, tender programs, and logistics plans to meet tender submission dates
- Submit/Complete tenders on time
- Regularly communicate with all departments to ensure understanding of policies and procedures is up to date - Assist with Marketing activities as and when required (web updates, brochures, leaflets etc)
**Key Deliverables:**
- Ensure 100% of tenders are submitted on time
**Skills:**
- 2-5 years of experience as a Bid Writer ideally but if you have less experience, please still do apply.
- Knowledge and experience in the Construction industry, preferably experience in working with Tier 1, Tier 2 contractors.
**Qualifications:**
- A graduate degree in Humanities / English Language degree (or similar)
- Proficient in InDesign
